Session Outline

This session will give you an overview of Generative AI (GAI), and a practical introduction to a selection of GAI tools that have been approved for student use at UHI. Focusing on practical tasks that can be accomplished with these tools, you will come away with hands-on knowledge of more than one tool; ready to benefit from the efficiencies and inspiration GAI tools can offer.

Audience

This session is for UHI students across FE and HE programmes, and including Postgraduate Research Students. The session is also relevant to staff, and will increase awareness of the GAI tools and guidance that the university is making available to our students to support them in making effective use of GAI for their own learning, coursework and research projects.
