Layouts can be altered to suit your needs, complimentary visitor Wi-Fi is available and we can also support videoconferencing through Cisco Webex.

Accommodating up to 150 delegates the auditorium has raked seating and is equipped with a large presentation screen with lecturn and wireless microphones ideal for conferences, lectures or short courses.
Lecture Theatre
Lecture Theatre
The lecture theatre has a maximum capacity of 106 when set up theatre style with tablet chairs. For a standing reception the room can accommodate up to 200 guests. This versatile space is perfect for a range of events including presentations, workshops or awards ceremonies. The room is also equipped with a large display screen with 4x ancillary 60 inch TV screens to replicate projected content.

Our classrooms allow for various set up options and suit smaller events or could be used as break-out spaces for larger events.
- Theatre style: capacity 36
- Boardroom style: capacity 25
- Horseshoe style: capacity 18 (16 with tables)
- Exams: capacity 22 no invigilator, 16 with invigilator

The seminar rooms have a maximum capacity of 20 when set up theatre style. The can also be set up horseshoe style, chairs only with a capacity of 15 plus 1 presenter table.

The Street and The Courtyard
The Street at UHI House is a bright and spacious area suitable for a range of events, including formal dinners, business breakfasts or networking events. This impressive space can accommodate up to 400 guests for a standing event and up to 100 for a seated event.
Accessed from The Street, The Courtyard is flexible outdoor space that could be used to host a range of events during the warmer months.
