Optometry suite
The optometry clinical skills area has 10 clinical bays and could accommodate up to 20 people working in pairs. It is fully equipped with a wide range of optometry equipment. If you would like to enquire about booking this space please contact uhihouse@robertson.co.uk

Clinical simulation suites
There are two six-bedded wards available to hire each with an impressive amount of floorspace which can be configured to meet your training needs. Each suite is designed to represent current clinical equipment and healthcare environments.
Each ward is equipped with:
- Trough sink.
- Profiling beds (fully functioning), bedside lockers and chairs.
- Overbed tables and dressing trollies
- Drugs trolley
- Resuscitation trolley
- Dressing trollies
- Folding curtain screens
Each bedspace is equipped with:
- Oxygen and Medical air regulators (both are supplied with compressed air by a compressor located in Sim Lab 2)
- Suction regulator, cannister and tubing (there is no vacuum)
- Ample power supply (standard 220V)
Equipment available by arrangement
- Part task trainers (catheterisation, venepuncture, nasogastric tube insertion etc.),
- QCPR Annie
- AED trainers
- Clinical equipment stethoscopes, sphygmomanometers, pulse oximeters etc
- Disposable equipment such as fluid-giving sets, needles and syringes etc. sourced from NHS suppliers.
- Break-out & additional rooms are available but require separate booking
