content

The University of the Highlands and Islands is committed to enhancing your student experience. Use the Red Button to let us know how we can improve our service, or to tell us what you like about your university!

The Red Button is an informal problem-resolution and feedback mechanism. The formal complaint process is different.

If your expectations have not been met, we would encourage you to speak directly to staff at your academic partner so that we can address your concerns as quickly as possible. If you don’t know who to contact, or would like to tell us something about your experience as a university student, then please complete the form below. You may also submit your enquiry in Gaelic if you wish using this alternative form.
