LIS support

Key services and systems used to support Learning and Teaching are all accessible from outside of the university.

Staff should report any problems via the Servicedesk, preferably using the self-service forms on Unidesk. Students can use the Unidesk service or Live Chat. Calls will be registered and handled on a priority basis. Staff should not contact ITDI staff members directly as they may not be available or able to respond to their query.

LTA support

In addition to the specific guidance for remote teaching, members of the LTA remain available and happy to help with any queries that colleagues might have about teaching or student support during these challenging times. Please also contact us with any queries or concerns you have regarding your own current engagement with LTA initiatives and opportunities (e.g. ALPINE applications, Staff development funding, Mentoring commitments, current LTA Scholarship projects).

Please do reach out to us on MS Teams, or email exchange. Email the LTA inbox

Library resources and support

Online library resources are available via direct access; but not all core texts have been digitised. Staff should direct students to the Library Essentials LibGuide.
