Handy information to have available when you get in touch with us!

When you contact us during clearing, please have some key information to hand in order to make things easier for us to deal with your enquiry. This includes:

  • Full name and date of birth
  • Address, email address and contact phone number
  • Your 10 digit UCAS personal ID (if you have one)
  • Which course or courses you are interested in
  • Your current qualifications and results (if on or after results day)

Once you get through, one of our clearing representatives will take down your details and can advise you on the next steps. You may be called back by an admissions or academic member of staff to find out more information and discuss the course. If the university can make you an offer, they will give an informal verbal offer to you over the phone.
