UHI Perth

The Perth campus student accommodation provides safe, secure, and comfortable housing for 78 students in fully furnished shared self-catered flats and houses.

There are three blocks of flats, and two houses located within the UHI Perth grounds. Each flat can accommodate up to 5 students who will share a kitchen and seating area. There is a mix of single and twin bedrooms in each flat, and each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. Each house can accommodate up to 3 students, all in single bedrooms, and the housemates will share a bathroom, kitchen, and dining/seating area. There is a coin-operated self-service laundry on site, free car parking, and bicycle storage sheds.

Rooms in the student accommodation are available on a 37-week contract (degree) or 40-week contract (FE, HNC, HND) to suit students on difference courses. The rent includes all utility charges and free wi-fi. Follow the link below to view current rent rates.
