Microsoft Windows operating systems do have accessibility features built in.
For the most part they cannot compete with the third party ‘industry standard’ packages available which are usually both expansive and expensive. But since they arrive free on your Windows computer, they could be a useful starting point. There’s a magnifier, basic screen reading and speech recognition, high contrast, and various changes to the keyboard functionality (‘sticky keys’ etc.)
