To share the experience of two UHI employees who actively use Gaelic, one of whom is a learner and the other who is fluent. The university aims to actively promote Gaelic and highlight how important it is for business, communities and culture in Scotland.

The University of the Highlands and Islands has a Gaelic Officer who is responsible for the UHI Gaelic Language Plan and is available to help with Gaelic enquires. Gaelic Officer – dj.macintyre@uhi.ac.uk.
