Biography
Miriam is a lecturer on the BA applied music degree, specialising in music technology, particularly relating to how musicians can work together at a distance. Her research interests are relating to musicians' experiences of using technology for networked music performance. Prior to her academic career, she worked in electronics in the audio and broadcast industries, as well as working as an electronics engineer at Halley Research Station in the Antarctic.
