Centre for Health Science

The Centre for Health Science is a state of the art facility located in the capital city of the Scottish Highlands, Inverness.

Students at Centre for Health Science

We purchased the centre in 2019 to help fulfil our growing aspirations in the health, social care and life sciences areas.

The university conducts world-leading research in the building, including research in diabetes and cardiovascular science, proteomics, lipidomics and genetics and immunology, as well as working to advance knowledge of health and health services in rural areas. Our undergraduate degree in oral health science, our contribution to the Scottish graduate entry medical programme and, for the last two years, our department of nursing can also be found here.
